Who we are
Bathroom Fitters Bromley is a free referral service. We connect homeowners in the London Borough of Bromley with vetted local bathroom fitters, who carry out the work. This notice explains what we do with personal information.
What we collect
When you send the enquiry form we collect your name, phone number, postcode, the type of job and any message you add, plus the page you sent it from. When you call, our phone provider records the number you call from, the time and the length of the call. If a call is recorded, you are told at the start of the call.
Why we use it
To pass your enquiry to one local bathroom fitter so they can contact you about a survey and quote, and to follow up if the introduction doesn't work out. Our lawful basis is your request (steps taken at your request before a contract) and our legitimate interest in running the referral service.
Who we share it with
The one fitter we refer you to, and the providers who host our website, forms and phone line. We don't sell your details or pass them to marketing lists.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for up to 24 months so we can handle any follow-up or complaint, then deleted.
